Inaugurated PCCE’s Innovate & Incubate Arena - Inspiring Future Innovators

The dynamic Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) of Padre Conceicao College of Engineering (PCCE), Verna, organised an event to inaugurate the Innovate & Incubate Arena. Rohir Naik, Founder & CEO of Coderix and a prominent voice in Goa’s growing tech entrepreneurship ecosystem, was invited as the Chief Guest for this event.

This event marked a major step towards strengthening student-led innovation, incubation and startup culture on campus, bringing together young innovators, faculty mentors and aspiring technopreneurs eager to learn, explore and build solutions that can create real-world impact.

Addressing to the audience, Rohir Naik described his inspirational journey from fostering ideas to transforming Coderix into a cutting-edge technology and digital solutions firm. He emphasized that “Innovation begins with courage and grows with collaboration,” encouraging students to embrace the iterative process of entrepreneurship, take risks, and ask better questions. His discussion addressed real-world insights on startup building, resilience, digital transformation trends and the increasing opportunities for youth in India’s innovation-driven economy.

The session created a vibrant exchange of ideas, further motivating the E-Cell team and participants to strengthen their entrepreneurial initiatives.
