Mr. Rohir Naik, Founder & CEO of Coderix Solutions, was invited as a Resource Person at CONVERGE 3.0 Shiksha Udyogik Sangam, an Academia Industry Summit organised by the Government of Goa, to deliver an engaging and insightful session on the topic “The Role of AI in Startup Innovation” for SYBCA students in the presence of Principal Dr.Smita Sanzgiri,

The session held on 10th February 2026, focused on helping students understand how AI is shaping modern industry and various startups, and redefining the skills required to succeed in today’s innovation-driven economy.
During the session, Mr. Rohir Naik highlighted the growing importance of AI as a core business enabler rather than just a technical tool. He shared insights on how startups are leveraging AI for saving time, faster work, great automation, and quick decision-making. The session revolved around bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world startup execution, enabling students to align their skill development with industry expectations. He also explained to students about the modern AI Tools and how they can generate an income right seating at home soon after graduation.
Students actively engaged with excitement and asked questions about careers, job readiness and future opportunities for starting their own agencies. Instead of theoretical concepts, the session focused on his journey, real-life challenges faced by startups, and the skills students need to stay relevant in an AI-driven world. Students were encouraged to think beyond marks and focus on learning how to apply their knowledge in practical situations.
He also encouraged students to attend the 1:1 session or to join webinars to learn it more deeply.
Mr. Rohir Naik also stressed that using AI alone is not enough. What truly matters is how well students understand problems, think critically, and use AI technology responsibly. He stressed the importance of continuous learning and adapting to change, especially for students planning to work in startups or start their own ventures in the future.
