Role of AI in Business Growth Session Conducted at Converge 3.0, Goa University

Rohir Naik, CEO & Founder of Coderix Solutions LLP, delivered a session on “Role of AI in Business Growth” during Converge 3.0, Shiksha Udyogjak Sangam, an Academia-Industry Summit organized by the Government of Goa, Goa State Higher Education Council, and the Directorate of Higher Education. The session was held on 17th February 2026 at the Shenoi Goembab School of Languages and Literature, Goa University, Taleigao Plateau, in collaboration with the Directorate of Student Placement and Alumni Relations (DSPAR).

The session helped students understand how Artificial Intelligence is changing the way businesses operate. Instead of focusing on theory, the discussion explained how AI is practically used by companies today to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

He explained that AI is not just a future trend but a tool already used by startups and large companies alike. Businesses are applying AI to analyze data, automate routine work, improve marketing strategies, and make better decisions. These tools help organizations work faster and stay competitive in a rapidly changing market.

The session also highlighted how AI is impacting different fields such as finance, operations, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Students were encouraged to learn how AI tools work and understand how they can use them in their own careers. The focus was on building practical skills that align with industry needs.
